Sandy Point Condos - Holmes Beach, Florida

Sandy Pointe is a bay front condo complex located at the heart of Anna Maria Island in Holmes Beach right off East Bay Drive. The community is protected from the bay with mangroves. The units on the upper level (3rd floor) have the best views with glimpses of the bay. The elevated condos at Sandy Pointe have tandem garage parking underneath. There are 26 units (some level living condos and some townhomes with multiple levels) and is a quiet non age restricted community that sits back off the main road. There are storage units in the carports for your beach toys.

The Sandy Pointe & Sandy Pointe Cove condos back up to a 30+ acre nature preserve. There's a small bridge that residents enjoy fishing off of. Canoers and kayakers can be seen from the bridge after they've navigated their way through the mangrove trails from the bay. (Speaking from experience, it's a lot of fun.) There is a heated swimming pool with plenty of lounge chairs to relax and soak up the sun.
  The nearby free trolley will take you around Anna Maria Island. It's also a very short walk to the Manatee County Public beach and the Gulf of Mexico. Just a few miles north of Sandy Pointe there's 5 star dining and places so casual, flip flops and sand are expected. Pine Avenue in Anna Maria has plenty of shopping, dining, salons and ends at the Anna Maria City Pier. Take some time and enjoy yoga on the beach. Ride just a few miles south of Sandy Pointe and you will arrive at Bridge Street in Bradenton Beach another place to shop, wine & dine and enjoy some great entertainment at places like Bridge Tenders and Island Time Grill.
Sandy Pointe is located at 3601 E. Bay Drive. Driving west over the Manatee Ave bridge, make the first left at the light and it's the 2nd community on the left next to Sunbow Bay. Residents at Sandy Point enjoy the convenience of restaurants, shopping & salons. The main grocery store for the island, Publix is across the street.
Just an FYI- Tax records showing Sandy Point as being spelled Sandy Pointe, but we noticed that many people spell it without the e, reducing it to Sandy Point. Either way, Sandy Pointe or Sandy Point when you call us about it, we'll know what you're talking about.
